  • Baseboard heat: dusted and wiped clean
  • Walls spot cleaned
  • Area rugs removed to clean
  • Window frames, grids and sills: dusted and wiped clean

  • Floors: vacuumed, washed
  • Tidy rooms
  • Clean windows blinds
  • Ceiling fan dusted: cobwebs removed

KITCHEN*

  • Refrigerator Microwave: top and inside and out
  • Stove and stove top: burner grills and exterior cleaned
  • Oven clean (inside)
  • Clean under stove top
  • Clean Exhaust Fan/Hood
  • Cabinets doors: inside and out
  • Counter tops and backsplash cleaned
  • Items on countertops, including appliances ( moved to clean)
  • Waste baskets: wiped clean and liners replaced.

  • Showers tub cleaned, all tile walls, grout scrubbed, doors clean
  • Sink faucet fixtures cleaned
  • Mirrors, lights and towel racks: cleaned
  • Toilet paper and tooth brush holder: cleaned
  • Waste baskets: wiped clean and liners replaced
  • Floors: vacuumed and washed

COMMON AREAS / DINNING ROOM / LIVING ROOM

  • Clean Out Fireplace (must be unused for 72 hours minimum)
  • Fold Laundry Clothing.

  • Remove all Items from Cabinets, Clean & Replace Shelf Paper, and Replace Items.

  • Clean inside empty cabinets and drawers
  • Wash window interiors (Included on First Cleaning)
  • Remove all items from cabinets, clean, replace shelf paper, replace items

Cleaning Fee Increases:

Ed. Storck Cleaning reserves the right to reevaluate rates at any time based on the time required to perform our service to meet the client’s standards. We will monitor the actual cleaning time for the first two months and occasionally thereafter. We will contact you to discuss possible price or service revisions if the cleaning time differs drastically from the original bid. We reserve the right to adjust the estimate after the job is completed.
